How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days free — no credit card required. When the trial ends, your account stays open in read-only mode: your home profile and full maintenance history remain yours to view and export, you just can't log new work until you subscribe. We never charge you without you choosing a plan first.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, you can switch at any time. If you switch to annual, you'll be billed for the full year at the discounted rate. Switching to monthly takes effect at the end of your billing period.

What does the Landlord plan cover?

The Landlord plan is priced per property, with a 2-property minimum. Three rentals would be $29.97/mo, or $323.97/yr on annual billing. It's not available to buy yet — multi-property support is in active development, and we won't sell it until it ships. Premium covers a single home in the meantime.

Is my home data private?

Completely. Your home profile and maintenance history are private to your account and never sold or shared with third parties.
